Kate Jackson is a Bangkok-based soft skills trainer and consultant with a keen eye for creating bespoke curriculums and implementing strategies for business learning and development. Kate believes that personal development has a direct relation to business & community development. Kate holds a Masters in Education, has received the UK Teaching Qualification for Adult Learners and is an ILM accredited Train the Trainer Facilitator; the only provider in South East Asia to accredit students.
With a decade of teaching soft skills with a primary focus on developing English language competencies in the workplace, Kate has experience creating successful educational opportunities for a variety of workforces. Kate applies a blend of corporate and leadership development strategies, developed from working within KPMG, Pfizer and the social field such as the UK’s social services, the International Office of Migration and mentoring with Wedu, a global leadership organization.
With this background, Kate has established in-house English language training programs and soft skills training within hotels and sales organizations, created and delivered both long term and short term courses along with stand-alone workshops for a range of industries, including pharmaceutical, engineering and real estate companies. Kate is currently supporting a range of Thai SME’s in their growth within AEC; consulting on strategies and the skills required to undertake cross-border business in a global world, as well as consulting with larger companies on how to develop an English speaking workforce.
Recently, Kate has expanded her professional offerings to include training and personalized coaching and now offers 1:1 executive-level sessions to help high-profile business owners grow their skills and confidence.

Learning & Development Specialist
May Corpuz has is an adventurous & creative trainer. After getting her degree in Film and Audiovisual Communication, she worked as a risk management analyst for JPMorgan while writing for a fashion magazine. She then quit both jobs to live with an indigenous tribe for six months, which inspired her to try her hand at teaching.
After she went back to Manila, she spent six years as a trainer and training and standards supervisor for go fluent, a leading corporate English training company in Europe. Not content with operating on Central European Time eight hours a day, she got a second job as a food writer for one of the top
newspapers in the Philippines.
Her appetite and wanderlust eventually brought her to Thailand, where she went on a gastronomical journey from Nong Khai to Hat Yai. Carike is from Cape Town, South Africa. She majored in Marketing Management and worked within the book industry. Carike gained valuable experience during her time in retail; specifically, how to be flexible, work with customers, learning to push herself, and how to think outside of the box.
Carike has a Bachelor’s in Commerce and has worked as a marketing assistant where her responsibilities included developing the company email newsletter, creating social media content, engaging in customer service, updating sales statistics and placing orders, as well as delivering presentations, communicating ideas, training staff, organising functions and managing meetings. With this background in retail and her experience in the corporate environment she is used to working with different types of people and is able to adapt to what is required.

SUKANYA SUWANTHA (YING)
A self learner of English with a Masters of Teaching in English as a Foreign Language, Sukanya has always passionately sought out the best ways to masters the language and instigate new ways of learning to suit a learners’ different needs. Ying has 10 years of experience in teaching a wide range of English language learners. Ying is passionate about changing and improving the Education system in Thailand and has just established a non-profit project called, ‘Playgroup Thailand’ which aims to educate Thai parents on early childhood development through playing.
Ying has taught in prestigious schools in Bangkok; Shrewsbury International School as an EAL teacher and in Ruamrudee School. Additionally Ying offered English learning provisions to the schools sport coaches, cleaners and technicians at the school. Her skills and qualifications have also seen her teach in the corporate sector, including Central, Engineers at Michelin and more recently facilitated a long term learning project at S-Con Eversendai Engineering in their preparation for AEC integration.
Ying has worked with different age groups and successfully delivered fun lessons that motivate their language learning for different purposes. Ying also offers Thai language learning to foreign executives within those companies, As a Thai teacher, she deeply understand cultures and obstacles in learning English that Thai people often get stuck on and therefore built up expertise in planning and using different strategies to suit learners’ different age groups and learning styles.

Yrsa grew up in Malmö, Sweden where she studied music and musical aesthetics. In 2014 she moved to Spain where she acquired a TEFL certificate, and worked with different companies, teaching business English as well as coaching 1:1.
Yesa has experience in teaching conversational English as well as English with a specific purpose, and has previously helped students prepare for English exams, interviews, and the like. Recently she worked with a Spanish company developing a dating app, helping with Spanish to English translation and handling social media, marketing and event communications.

Nathan Fuller has been working in Thailand since 2009 where he has mastered the art of cross-cultural communication and implementing client-focused results within various institutions through teaching, training and corporate positions. He graduated from the University of Madison-Wisconsin with degrees in Journalism: Strategic Communications and Spanish, as well as a minor in business.
Nathan most recently worked for E.V. Development, a leading global entertainment company, as marketing manager. His creativity and strategic planning saw the implementation of multiple local, regional and global client-facing campaigns, increasing brand awareness and revenue streams across the company.
