There were several channels for both formal and informal education such as face to face discussion, either in the classroom or in the staff working area, in classes, and sometimes during the lunch or dinner outside the office.
I saw that Kate adapted their methods and approaches based on each individual’s capabilities/proficiency, and needs, including work schedules. In the office, you could also see some highlighted lessons posted on the boards and walls for our students to learn. Within our organization, there were many new ideas and innovations that came out from the classes. Almost all of our staff were able to improve on their language ability, which could obviously be seen by higher test scores. In my opinion, it was obvious that Kate loved to train. From this Kate was then able to do many things to make it more engaging for themselves and the learners.
